Everyone can talk about what we talk here in the public. This is public. Each participant can try to get funding and if he or she succeeds can then take the lead.
• OffenerDialog? -- We should be open for people to join our thinking and planning, without obligations to anyone. No-one who joins has the right to become part of the final project and get funding.
• OffenerProzess? -- The process of the project should is open for people and organisations to join the work, depending on the needs of the project and the willingness of individual participants to do the necessary communication work, if they see an advantage for themselves and the project.
• OffenesWissen -- Whatever experiences are made, software or results are produced, all these should be available publicly to everyone, contributing or not, to build on it. This is to maximise the creation of common value, whatever is done.
