Command / Action Rss ActionRss produces an RssFeed. This is basically the same information like that shown in RecentChanges (ActionRc) but in the special RSS format (a XML application). ActionRss is in the standard UserInterface  : in form of the "1 day RSS" on the RecentChanges page.
