Interesting idea. After a brief look, I think I like it. Unfortunately, I'm too busy to take on another project, but otherwise I would enjoy helping to create Thelop and tools to use it. I agree that some sort of standardized, vocabulary which is more expansive and has richer semantics than most programming languages would help things out.
Suggestion: Link to ThelopDictionary/WardsWikiOriginal from FrontPage and from LanguageOrientedProgramming; the other top pages are confusing without the concrete example provided by the dictionary.
