Initial thoughts

Organisations such as businesses and open source software projects use a) workflow techniques to form their organisational processes and b) software to actuate these.

Consensus based decision making also has a workflow system [1] [2].

I want to apply formal workflow techniques to nonhierarchical group organisational processes based on consensus and implement them in the open source web content management system Drupal.
